Cinderella has truly become our favorite Disney princess. For some unknown reason the artists who draw her in books always make her look psychotic. Generally, it's seen in the eyes.
Original Picture: No speech bubble, no arm or bowl, no tail in her mouth, no title on book's spine. Also, I changed Gus' face, added a right arm being inserted into his mouth and made a pee spot. I should emphasize - her eyes HAVE NOT been changed at all.
It also looks like Jacques is pointing to another mouse like, "Not me, eat her!"

You can see part of two of my fingers that must have been sticking out when I scanned this page into the computer...

It is only natural for Jacques to have some self preservation instincts. You can't blame the little guy!
What? Like mouse soup is bad for you or something?
skcoe,
You were right - mouse soup IS good for you. I misread the nutritional label. It turns out mouse soup has 100 of your daily recommended serving of vermin. Thanks for the correction.
Laura,
It's only natural for Gus to piss himself when he's scared, too - but that doesn't mean he can do it on MY cookbook.
Okay, that didn't really make much sense...
She does have crazy eyes. This is the Disney that puts pictures of penises in the Little Mermaid. In mean not IN the Little Mermaid, that's a bit over the top, but in the background of the movie the Little Mermaid.
